Reporting to the in-house Technical Manager, the LED Technician provides the following contributions to the team:
Responds to customer support requests via phone and email Updates and documents client issues and communicates information on reported product defects to management Maintains a professional, helpful, and positive demeanor in all interactions with clients and partners Assists with project builds and tear downs at on-site and off-site locations Frequently travels for installations, on-site training, technical support, and product demonstrations – Travel makes up 50-75% of this position Assists with the planning, installation, and operation of exhibitions at multiple tradeshows annually Responds to customer support requests via the 24/7 tech support phone line (shared responsibility with the Technical Support team)
